Our Ministers
While we are searching for a new rector, we are blessed to have experienced, inviting celebrants who understand All Saints' Radical Welcome. Please pray for us during this time of discernment and transition.

At All Saints', we have many ministers, because our ministers are our members. We firmly believe that all Christians are called "to represent Christ and his Church; to bear witness to him wherever they may be; and, according to the gifts given them, to carry on Christ's work of reconciliation in the world." (Book of Common Prayer, p. 855) And we invite you to minister with us, as well!.

For any questions or needs, please don't hesitate to contact the office at
201-444-6874 or our Senior Warden, Michael Geiger.

Our Vestry

All Saints' Vestry is our leadership board, comprised of our Rector and eleven elected members of the congregation. In addition to handling the business and financial affairs of the church, the main ministry and focus of All Saints' Vestry is to provide spiritual leadership and vision for All Saints'. Our Vestry meets on the third Monday evening of each month (except August) at 7:00 p.m in the Parish Hall, and we warmly welcome visitors! Our Vestry members welcome your comments, ideas, and suggestions.

Our Staff

The Reverend Horace Griffin, is our new Associate for Youth and Family Ministries!

Father Horace, as he is affectionately known, comes to us with extensive background and experience in youth and family ministry in the Baptist tradition, and he was ordained to the Episcopal priesthood in the Diocese of Chicago in 2005. His academic credentials are impressive (including a Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology from Vanderbilt University!); however, we know him to be down-to-earth and able to relate the wisdom of the Christian tradition and Holy Scriptures to everyday life, especially to our children, youth, and their families.

You won't see Horace very often in the pulpit or at the altar; instead, Horace's primary focus and ministry is in continuing to build up our programs and ministries with youth and children. Our Sunday School teachers and leaders find Horace to be warm, inviting, exciting, charismatic, and enthusiastic. We also find him to be excellent in coaching, leading, and communicating with adult leaders„‘the critical factor that has made our children„…s ministry the success that it is.

When you see him around the parish, please say hello!

Ms. Kate McCormick is All Saints' Parish Adminstrator and Associate in Ministry, a unique title in the Diocese of Newark (and possibly in the Anglican world!). As Parish Administrator, Kate is responsible for the orderly running of All Saints' parish offices and support for our many ministries and programs. As our Associate in Ministry, Kate shares pastoral care and hospital visitations with Father Gray. In addition, she is a regular in the All Saints' pulpit and hosts an occasional program for adults. Kate holds a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York City. Prior to her ministry at All Saints', she worked as parish administrator at All Saints' in Manhattan, as well as a chaplain at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Ms. Paulette Gilchrist is Director of All Saints' Preschool. A graduate of Hunter College and a licensed New Jersey teacher, Miss Paulette (as she is known around school) manages, inspires, and directs a dedicated staff of over 16 teachers and teaching assistants (and she still manages to keep a great sense of humor!). She and her husband Andrew are avid New Jersey Devils fans, and they live in Park Ridge

Mrs. Gail Thorne is Assistant Director of All Saints' Preschool. A graduate of Boston Business School, Miss Gail (as she is known around school) manages the day-to-day business operations of our Preschool, coordinating bills and computers and even daily lunch for 60! She enjoys brightening each student's day with her gracious smile and friendly hellos! Gail and her husband Louis live in Glen Rock, though she occasionally makes a jaunt to Barbados when the weather turns cool!
